What is a Bagnet?
A Bagnet is a bag magnet (get it? "Bagnet"/Magnet?). A Bagnet contains two rare-earth magnets that are encased in either silicone rubber, vegan leather or genuine leather. Each Bagnet comes with a small shiny nickel ring that clips onto your bags existing hardware or strap, giving you a way to hold your bag on heavy metal surfaces and eliminating the need to put your bag on the dirty floor!
Does Bagnet come with a ring?
Yes. Each Bagnet comes with a small shiny nickel ring. We offer larger ring sizes in our Hardware collection and we offer The Perch which allows you to hang your bag from horizontal surfaces that are non-magnetic (like wood or aluminum).
How much does Bagnet hold?
The weight Bagnet holds depends on the object you're hanging it on. It holds up to 8 pounds if you use it on commercial grade metal such as bar stools, table bases, restaurant chairs, etc,. It also depends on if the metal is flat or curved, textured or smooth. This is why we recommend trying it for yourself in multiple environments and situations.
