Instructions

1. Rinse and gently pat dry fresh strawberries. Pull off the stems of each strawberry.
2. Slice the strawberry in half. At the top center of each of berry half, cut a small V-shape.
3. Heat chocolate chips in microwave for 30 seconds. Repeat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until chocolate is melted and smooth.
4. Dip strawberries in melted chocolate. Let dry on parchment paper until chocolate firms.
